Know your schedule

including lectures, rounds and your own personal study plan)

Proactivity

Plan out your visits and do night ward rounds

(options: after patients' breakfast time or dinner and before their bedtime^_^)

(nak buat apa malam-malam?....ambil history (history taking or preparing case for round the next day)

Finally

Always be in high spirit
